Somebody posted the 2006 version here - I don't remember the type of file. I just downloaded it to my desktop and was a click away from installing it to my hard drive. Very user friendly. I take it ISO isn't that easy to use.

I downloaded a freeware version of a program called 'Switch' that allows users to convert files from one type to another. Is that of any help here?

Most CD/DVD burning programs can burn ISO files (Nero, Roxio even the freebies like DeepBurner), as someone else posted, it just makes sure the copy is identical to the original. It also keeps the entire contents of the CD to just one file, instead of hundreds or thousands.
