    To me, the best song on The Departed soundtrack was the the closing instrumental, "Sweet Dreams" by Roy Buchanan... Gave me the chills. Most of Scorsese's pics have great soundtracks.

    Scorsese is the Master.

    I have to take another listen to the song in question.

    As for Van being raised a Witness, he was taken to some meetings as a child. Nothing more, nothing less.
