Hear, hear! Willie and Waylon were my first concert. There is nothing to compare to Willie's voice, my late dad's fave. I still walk out of bars when they start playing Willie. Cried when Johnny and Waylon died.
Have you heard 8th of November by Big and Rich? I love Kris' intro.

My hubby is friends with B&R and we went on a benefit ride for Miles Harris' Division, a memorial for the soldiers killed. Knowing all those involved makes it so special. OHHH that voice of Kris'!

Listening to Me and Bobbi McGee now.
I also love "Why Me Lord". Something about drunks getting spiritual I guess.
They have good hearts, IMHO--probably just too much heart to deal with the world. Another one I like "The World I Know" by Collective Soul.
