Pretty cool stories, I thrive on this stuff! (as many of you know) I actually feel better since experiencing odd things, simply cuz I am not in fear of Demons coming after me like I use to. Besides, wouldnt demons have better things to do than sit on peoples beds, drop toilet seats, and turn on hair dryers? I mean, afterall, they could do alot better than that if they really wanted to!

LOL Buttlight they might operate some kind of rota system, where they take turns at causing serious disasters or involving themselves with trivia, eg

Satan - "Right Ted, tomorrow you're on arson, Thursday you're freaking out Dubs and Friday you've got toilet seat banging again I'm afraid."

LOL, well, if you think about what we were taught, about the powers demons have.......why arent they possesing people left and right? AND, demons are suppose to convince us to go against Jah, well, hey, were already OUT! So if they are playing with us, what would be their resoning? You would think it would have the opposite effect, and people would run back to the kingdom hall yelling Jehovah outloud! "Hey, Im kinda lazy today, lets go to butt's house, and toss the roll of toilet paper, thats on the back of the toilet, up and over her head so it lands on the floor in front of her.........that otta get her good!" (and yes it happened, without the help of my cat!)

When I was growing up my room was in our unfinished basement. My door was a curtain and it would open for me by itself. There were also small multicolored heads that would pop up around our pool table.

My Grandpa bought a house and my mom and I were cleaning it for him. All of a sudden we heard glasses breaking in the basement. Then we heard singing and laughing. Were all alone.

The other day in my truck I smelled my late dad's cologne. Then I "felt" him beside me in the passenger seat. When he died 13 years ago in Utah I was living in TN. When the airline asked for the location of his funeral, to verify bereavement, I knew where it was. But I had never heard of the place or been there.

I firmly believe there is more to our world than we understand.

I was younger than 12, so details are gone. But I remember strange facial features and scary smiles. And they had to have been short, their chins were just above the edge of the pool table.

That's about all I can remember.

I knew Buttlight would be on this thread! (waves hello)

I spent all night dreaming really weird nightmares and everyone in them was in halloween costumes. At one point I got locked in a room in a mansion and was trussed up from the ceiling by my ankles and subjected to many terrors indeed. I woke up with aching lungs and chest from hyperventilating through fear. It was like being in my own horror movie.

Then I woke up and went to make some toast and the the toaster sparked and all the electricity went out in my flat so I had to call Carlos the caretaker. Luckily he was nothing like Freddy and showed me how to find and use the trip switches, several times to be sure I had got it.

I probably should have gotten dressed before I called for assistance.

I'll let you know if anything else remotely supernatural happens.

I had the "itch" to play the ouija board last night. So me and my daughters friend sat an waited quite some time, and the pointer started moving. We asked the name of the person, "she" said Emma. We asked her if she knew she was dead, it pointed to yes. Then we asked her to spell her last name, we got one, but we may have it confused. (tried looking it up this morning) We asked her how she died, it spelled murder. Then we asked by who, it spelled Mother. When we asked where, it didnt move, so like a dork, i said in this house? It pointed to YES.

Ok, Ok. I haven't had many experiences like this myself. Though once when my sister and I were cleaning out Mom's mobile home after she had died, we were making some joke about her reaction to what we would do with her stuff [she was a chronic collector of junk]. Just as we finished laughing about that, that very moment, her side door to her trailer [that I had propped open for fresh air] slammed shut. My sister and I both just looked at each other, and she said what I was thinking 'Well, I guess Mom didn't like that too much'.

Granted - it might have just been the wind. But it was eerie at the time.

On a different note; My sister has had many terrifying experiences. When I was an active jdub teenager, and she was not yet a dub, she had a figure that would appear at the foot of her bed. During these times she could not move a muscle. Sometimes the bed would shake so violently that she would be nearly cast out of bed. She heard noises in the night and voices.

Downstairs, my Dad's second wife often saw a figure in the house when he was gone. She called him the 'Captain' since the house was on the lake, and carried a nautical theme. She felt the dog get up on the bed and curl up at her feet, only to realize that the dog was visible on the floor sleeping at the time. She heard knocks on the door. No one there.

In the adjacent bedroom to my sister's, my brother experienced a severe shaking of his bed a few times. He would not sleep in the room at times due to this. I never saw my brother frieghtened of anything his entire life more than when he spoke of that.

My sister became so terrified, that partly accepting the Jw view of things [my mom was an inactive Jw, and hence our family exposure and my acceptance], she once, after I moved out of the house, asked me to do a search of her belongings. She was very private with her belongings, and this seemed odd to me. She asked me to please go thru everything in her room, see if anything felt or seemed odd in any way, or could perhaps be 'demunized' - you know the old Jw drill, might have accepted a gift or bought a demon possessed item' - I found a few things that were related to the use of pot that I suggested she throw away. She did. But the events continued.

BTW - my sister has a 'evil eye' - one that would have gotten her burned in Salem. Her one eye is perfectly split down the iris - one side brown and the other blue. She has always seen, felt, experienced, things that she absolutely thinks are supernatural/paranormal. She does not encourage it - in fact she is afraid of the things that happen.

When we were kids, we would imagine that a witch lived in the attic. We would prepare 'potions' from things in the garage or kitchen, that we thought would kill her. When we checked a day later the potion was always gone - we thought at the time that Dad knew what we were up to and was emptying the cup. Later he told us he never knew we did that. Once, my sister claimed that witch picked her up in the middle of the night and bit her on the side. Bad dream? Maybe. But it was real to her and she has [at 49] problems with her right side aching with no medical explanation.

I have more - that's enough . I didn' t realize I had so many events to relate when I started this reply.

    Happy Holloween.
