What many of you appear to be on this site is not a true picture. No reason it has to be ... just an honest assessment on my part.

Seriously though, is critisism so bad? Is honest opinion so bad? Don't the JWs come across as a loving people, all the while calling every other religion on Earth wicked and under Satan's influence? Isn't that hypocritical?

I wouldn't call it honest, but rather personal. It's your personal opinion, which you are entitled to. As others have pointed out, you can't paint an entire board based on a single misunderstanding. Just as you shouldn't paint all ex-JW's as you find them here. This is a particularly vocal and articulate group of ex-JW's.
I'm still not convinced that you are completely honest with yourself. Which means you still have a few things to learn about the rest of the human race.
Why else would you hover here so long?
I will now view exjw's for what they really are. Not just disgruntled exes but ones who will do anything to dishonor the truth.

The loyal thing to do would be to go to them and admit your involvement here. Will you be big enough to do that? You know that it is the right thing to do. Jehovah knows what you have done. Hi, Rosalee. I have never replied to any of your posts. However, I was reading your exchange with BFD the other day and thought you were unfair to him. He did not mention you or anyone else in his "threw in my face" remark. How could anyone know whom he was referring to?
Anyway, I wish you well. If the org works for you, that's where you should be.
I won't choose to take offense at your painting all of us with the same brush, so to speak, because of your issue with one person.

sounds fickle to me. Problem in the cong come here. Problem here go to the cong. Life aint always Rosy Rosalee and there are JW and ex-JWs that may not be all they say they are. Truth is - as nvr says - the truth isn't the truth. If your happy with it, all the best with it.

Sounds like you're just an unhappy person! Hopefully you will find happiness in your congergation, but I don't think its likely!

Whenever you associate with a diverse group of people (JW's included) you will have some disagreements.
I'm sorry you had a bad experience here. If your problem was with BFD, I've read over some of the threads and did not see anything particularly offensive. I can also honestly say he's always been nice to me.
I hope you can get over whatever it is that's bugging you and learn from it. Learn how others feel and react and maybe learn something about yourself.
You admited to coming here because of some disagrement with JW's. Now you're leaving here because of a disagreement with one of us. There seems to be a pattern here. When you figure that out, maybe you'll be a happier person.
