Hello all. My wonderful, never- a -witness -husband, would like to know, who thinks there is ONE true religion, and why?

There are 12 classical religions and 34,000 Christian sects. Each of these normally claim they are truth, and everyone else is wrong. Logic tells me that if there is just one that is true my chance of finding it is almost impossible. If I just spent 1 day researching each one my lifespan is not going to five me time. (And how many people with a day of research could determine if a religion is true of not anyway?)
As far as I am concerned, it would be a sick and demented God that would say "go find that needle in the haystack of false religion, or you shall spend eternity in hell." He certainly is not a God worthy of respect.
The only truth I know is that know one knows more than a fraction of what truth is.
