    I guess a lot depends on the weight of them.

    When I get a sale like you did, I tend to use one right away for dinner (leftovers for sandwiches, soup or casserole) and freeze the other one to use in a couple of months. Actually, you can cook them both now, and cut them up different ways (slices for sandwiches, chunks for salads, casseroles or stir fry, etc) and freeze the packages until you're ready to use them.

    They would not fit in my crockpot with the ceramic thingy in there. Is that ok?

    Slice 'em thinly, marinate in chinese 5 spice powder, a little sugar, oil, corn flour, soy sauce, crushed garlic, stir fry adding veg of your choice. Serve with rice or noodles. Works a treat, quick easy supper.
