    The Watchtower, October 22, 2001, page 22, column 2, paragraph 2:

Loyaty to Jehovah also includes loyalty to his organization. Necessarily, over the years there have been corrections and adjustments to our understanding of certain scriptures. The fact is that no one is as spiritually fed as we are. (Matthew 24:45-47) Unquestionably. Jehovah has stuck with his modern-day organization. Can we not do likewise.

In other words, "yes we screwed up, we said and did things that were wrong, please, pl pl pleezeeeeee don't go, we promise to be good."

There's no evidence to support the above statement.

Necessarily, over the years there have been corrections and adjustments to our understanding of certain scriptures

I like the use of the word "necessarily". If God is directing them, how should changes be necessary? What a half-assed way of admitting you were wrong.

The fact is that no one is as spiritually fed as we are

The above statement is a complete joke. Stating "the fact is", but presenting no evidence to support their "facts".

Unquestionably, Jehovah has stuck with his modern-day organization.

Again, no evidence presented to support "Jehovah sticking with his organization". LOL@ "unquestionably". Yeah, that's appropriate because that is about the only thing you can't question without getting the big 'D'

    Can we not do likewise?

Typical WT feel good leading statement where everyone nods their heads in agreement, but in actuality nothing of substance has been said. Completely meaningless and desperate reasoning.
