I went to a free Internet Opportunity meeting yesterday and of course they were there to sell you something, but you got a free Daily Planner Book and a free lunch. I went since I've always believed money can be made by using the internet if you approach it properly. I didn't buy anything since I know there are cheaper ways to start an online buisness.
Anyway, just wondering if any of you have tried it or are currently doing it. Speak to me cuz I'm all ears.

i run a training company (time mgt, public speaking etc). I advertise on google using pay per click. Each pound I give google gives me a return of at least £10. Today was good I received $10,000 in payments.

also charged a client $2000 for a 15 minute speech. My probably wont get anymore work for about a month now.
I have been on their list for over 5 years. Haven't gone, yet.
I have an eBay business that I did, along with my consulting. I am starting it back up (this week!).
I dont know, I have a somewhat conventional job. It seems like to me if you had a business, the internet could augment the business. It could reach a different segment of your market. I think to make money on the net, you first have to have a business.
I think the bigest business on the net is porn. You could make your own porn videos and pictures and offer a teaser then sell the whole movie. And it could be fun. You could call yourself Buck Naked.
Before you spend your money think of what you need. And can you get it on the net.
Starting one. We've been working on it for a few years now, but are coming to a close. It's been something "in the works" since between my husband's work schedule and just being parents and dealing with life takes up so much time. Now that he's losing his job though, we've been crunching and are setting Sept 1st as the date. It's online retail shop. Starting off with t shirts but are looking to do much more. We're probably going to be using a yahoo store. Easy set up and management. Then from there we might branch off.

I would love to use my typing skills and nursing skills doing home transcription, just to make a few extra dollars. But I can't find any companies looking for help.
Every time I do a search I get what I think are scams I'm just not very trusting and don't think that I should have to pay $100.00 to get work It's so confusing

I work full time as an engineer, and have a side business making custom coffee mugs. I just bought out a screen printing company, that the kids will run in AZ. We will be doing it thru the net and locally, when it is all set up.
The internet is the future, and the future is here.
