I love Kenny Wayne Shepherd Ledbetter. I've seen many concerts, including George Harrison. No one compared to Kenny in energy, power, charisma and pure joy in performing. Amazing.

Was "30 Days in the Hole" on Hot and Nasty I think so. Good song

Yes it is. Very good LP. I like every song on it. I love You're So Good For Me. Give the whole record a listen or CD if you can't get the vinyl.

Wore out my 8 track playing "Rock N Roll Hoochie Koo", "Free Ride" and "Frankenstein"

Did you hear the LP White Trash? The one with Dying to Live and Fly Away on it? It's excellent. It predates They Only Come Out At Night.

I never saw him in concert.

I do agree though, every single track on that Ledbetter CD is absolutely amazing!

In my opinion Kenny Wayne took Stevie Ray Vaughans style to another level.

One popular but seemingly underrated album was Santana's Abraxas

There was so much innovative, original and broadly varied mixture of music back in the 60's and 70's,

great time to grow up listening to what was there and available.

Now we have Lady Ga Ga, hip hop and Rap ......shame

Did you know that Santana means Satan in Spanish, my JW brother informed me of this.
