    Hello,

I am new, with many new ( old ) experiences. I cant wait to share them with you over time.

God is the binding 'AGENT' , I truly hope. The one subject that continues to connect us is the absolute terror Jesus went through, was subjected too, and ultimately died for, that allows us to communicate at this time in history.

Jesus was subjected to torture, brutal beatings and much more. He also suffered from Hematirosis, a condition that we could not even understand today.

A Forensic Study on this will do more to convince us (you/me) on our conviction to Jehovah and the love for his Son Jesus. Absolutely unbelievable!

    Dear Torn:

I am curious as to where this information
originated from can you give us a source
    link or an iframe?

I still have a respect for the scriptures
but when a claim is made I need to know
the source and whether or not that source
is a bias or a neutral source.

By the way, welcome to the board!

    Respectfully,

    The Wanderer

The wanderer: The poster (torn acs) is probably referring to: Watchtower-1993-June-15-p.18 19 The pressure mounted as the time drew closer. He spoke about it to his heavenly Father: “Now my soul is troubled, and what shall I say? Father, save me out of this hour. Nevertheless, this is why I have come to this hour.” (John 12:27) How Jehovah must have been affected by this plea from his only-begotten Son! In Gethsemane, just hours before his death, Jesus became sorely troubled and said to Peter, James, and John: “My soul is deeply grieved, even to death.” Minutes thereafter he voiced his final prayer on the subject to Jehovah: “‘Father, if you wish, remove this cup from me. Nevertheless, let, not my will, but yours take place.’ But getting into an agony he continued praying more earnestly; and his sweat became as drops ofblood falling to the ground.” (Matthew 26:38; Luke 22:42, 44) This may have been what is known medically as hematidrosis. It is rare but can occur in highly emotional states. Scan: http://img2.freeimagehosting.net/image.php?537f2506a4.jpg The Watchtower would do well to stick to "false prophecy" because the "medical" field is just "not" their cup of tea! All the unnecessary deaths from refusing needed blood transfusions has proven that over the years. Enough to make the "Jonestown" massacre pale in comparison! Cheers! Atlantis-

    Welcome, torn acs!

An angel from heaven appeared to him and strengthened him.
And being in anguish, he prayed more earnestly, and his sweat was like drops of blood falling to the ground.[c]
    —Luke 22:43-44 (NIV)

Footnote: c. Luke 22:44 Some early manuscripts do not have verses 43 and 44.

The excretion of blood or blood pigment in the sweat. Also called hemidrosis.

    Torn,

I know a guy that has Beaveritis. It's a disease where an observer of Beaver can't help but attempt to feed the animal. Here's how the disease overcomes it's victim; A person with this disease enjoys observing Beaver's in nature, say...in a lake or river. Upon getting excited at the sight of the Beaver, he or she runs into the house, scurrying about to find an Apple to feed to the Beaver. When back outdoors, he or she, throws the Apple in a long verticle arc (like one throwing a Baseball as high into the air as he can hoping to achieve hitting the target when the ball drops) in an attempt to get the Apple to the Beaver for feeding, but actually hitting the poor thing in the head with the Apple, thereby driving it to the bottom of the river. It's quite a terrible disease. Beavers avoid his house like the plague now.
