Got a letter from a JW stranger in another state!

    Hi,

We received a hand-written letter (out of the blue!) from a stranger who's a Witness. She lives across the border in an adjoining state from ours'. She writes she would be "privledged" to come over and discuss the Bible with us, to "help us understand it". Now, our son has recently decided to join his JW wife in this cult, so I have a strong suspicion that our son put this gal up to it (writing the letter).

I'd love to write back and include some eye-opening bits of information about her mind-controling, manipulaive, Christian-masquerading cult. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? Thanks VERY MUCH in advance!

    How about:

    www.silentlambs.org

    Or more specifically:

    http://www.silentlambs.org/courtrulingnapa.htm

    Or the UN letter:

    http://www.un.org/dpi/ngosection/pdfs/watchtower.pdf

    Or maybe some scriptures?:

    Luke 21:8 or Revelation 19:1.

    Just to start you off.

    Hi lavendar,

There are pleny of information sites, like freeminds, that you can get all the information you need. Also, the Best of section of this site has some good stuff on it. I have known elderly, infirm jws indulge in witnessing by letter before, but it does look like a set up with your son having just joined.

    Dear Lavendar,

Yes, I would invite her to find proof of 607 outside of the Societys literature. That ought to keep her busy for a while..if not forever!! For without that date the entire authority structure crumbles!! It may be the opening of "pandoras box" for her!! Sorry to hear about your son!! Hang in there!!

    Sincerely,

    Lady Liberty

    Dear Lavendar,

Here is a Refutation to "The Kingdom Come" book that the witnesses always will refer to when you bring up the 607 issue. Infact, it wasn't until I asked my husband to prove 607 to me without using the societys literature that he finally opened his eyes to reality. Alan Feuerbacher put together this refutation, paragraph by paragraph he disects their publication. You may need this at a later time.

    Happy reading,

    Sincerely,

    Lady Liberty
