The answer to you question is obvious. You are the economy. What you experience only is what everyone is going thru. Your plight is falling so everyone elses must also. Becuse you can not make it everyone else can not. You are an economy of one.

You have no interest in discussing anything other than some vague interpretation of me. Now if you want to discuss how great the economy is and prove me wrong, go ahead.
So far you have proved nothing.
Please explain why the US currency is not backed by anything. Please explain why our industry is outsourced and how that's good for us. Please explain to us simple folk how wonderful it is to have most of what we purchase come from China. Please, I dare you to prove me wrong.
But I know you won't. Instead you will continue to use large letters and say nothing.
I am done talking directly to you.

I am done talking directly to you.
And why does that suprise me. I am nothing but a working stiff like you. I am a truck truck driver for God's sake. You don't get more blue collar than that and yet investing in the US STOCK MARKET my liquit assets grew by $23,000 in 2006. Did yours. Didn't think so. This is the greatest economy on the earth. If you want to discount it fine don't drag me down with you.

Bush is secretly planning the construction of a multi-modal supercorridor expressway going from Mexico to Canada, in his effort to bring the North American Continent under his control as the North American Community ( or North American Union ). ( http://www.cfr.org/publicat... )
We've gone to the breaking ground of this project which is Laredo, Texas where construction is set to begin in 2007.
This project is known as the NASCO International Mid-Continent Trade and Transportation Corridor Secure Multi-Modal Transportation System ( http://www.nascocorridor.com/ )
The first phase of this project is known as the Trans-Texas Corridor ( http://www.keeptexasmoving.... )
This is a very controversial project, as some assume it will be used to transport tanks to Mexico and the South American continent, to attack Hugo Chavez. The immediate purpose is to take advantage of Mexico's market of cheap labor. It is also used by China as a backdoor to Americas shipping market. ( http://www.humanevents.com/... )

More of our jobs and money going to somebody else. Looks like truck driving will be a good career as long as there is oil. OOPS, but that could become a problem soon.

Is that a fact. Funny the OIL DOOMSAYERS have been around for a long time. Remember the gas lines of the 1970's sure you do. What happened to the oil/gas shortages predected at that time. Just as then it could be a "PROBLEM SOON".

And when was the last time it was backed by Gold? 1935. 72 years and the US economy is still going strong. Why is that. Why has it not failed before this time...

U.S. Homeowners Grappling With Debt
Published: 1/2/2007 8:30:01 AMUnited Press International
U.S. homeowners grappling with debt will be central figures of the 2007 U.S. economy, many economists say.
With consumer spending accounting for about two-thirds of U.S. economic activity, the more people scramble to cover debt payments, the more they may have to curb other spending, the economists told The Christian Science Monitor.
With the economy predicted to slow this year, and perhaps slip into a recession, many consumers who stretched during a strong economy to buy homes near the peak of the recent real estate boom are expected to reduce spending to pay their mortgages.
The economists do not forecast how much this spending reduction will hurt the U.S. economy, the Monitor said. They point out the average U.S. personal-savings rate, the difference between U.S. consumers' disposable income and their spending, has been negative since summer 2005 -- the first time since the Great Depression.
As a result, Americans have been dipping into savings, or sometimes using credit cards, to spend more than they earn.
