Many years ago I read an hilarious book by John O'Grady (Nino Culotta) on his experiences with a colonoscopy.
I wish I had kept it.
If it is any consolation, he was able to laugh about it afterwards and was able to provide his readers with much merriment with his experiences.

well i had it done, and when i woke i could not believe it was done, it took about 4 seconds after the meds went into my iv and i was out
