Mild mental retardation is usually accompanied by a slack-jawed, vacant expression. Both are highly evident in three of the Bros and less so in others.

Probably 10% of the elders I have met would clock under 80 in an IQ test. Repetition and conditioning is actually enhanced by a low IQ as proven repeatedly by Pavlov (the father of conditioning.) It's a fact like it or not.
