It's because you are all too busy strolling the street(s) of Pitlochry, and sipping Drambuie at McKay's pub!

In this area, in order for an assembly hall to be considered, there have to be enough circuits near enough to support it. Also, there is the initial construction costs that the circuits have to come up with. All the problems involved in building a KH times 20.

Some in urban areas cost several millions...

Kwint!! how dare you say Scotland is horrible, it is one of the most beautiful places on earth - Gods Country!! Recently moved here so very biased as you can tell as for no assembly halls well good for Scotland!
