I get the feeling the Society is gonna suffer a huge loss of number, with people who are in getting old, those 'raised' in the so called truth leaving and less and less interested ones because more people are aware.
It has its ups and downs but it seems the ups aren't as big as they used to, some never recovered from 1975 and others from the 1995 generation thingy.

Most of the changes come in so subtly that most won't even notice. That 'New Light' covers amultitude of sins.
Logic says that someone will notice, and then will leave. But while inside you cannot see a way out. Too much to lose....
I think (hope) that the wts has a bleak future.
I think that new membership will slow down and cease, apart from children of jws getting baptised, in a few years. The only converts they will be able to make soon will be those who do not have internet access to check up on their doctrines. Just about any interested person who checks on the society's history will most likely quickly lose interest nowadays, and this trend is sure to continue.
Despite what they might say, the net is hurting the wts now, and will hurt them more as time goes on, eventually inflicting a fatal wound to the once - mighty publishing corporation from which it is unable to recover.

They'll keep going for a while and then slowly decline until there are only a few thousand dubs. Then they'll establish communes where all dubs will live together and practice playing New System until they slowly die out...unless some enterprising young GB or Nephinum (or whatever they are called) seizes power and comes up with a whole new bunch of prophesies and directives from Jah and whips the dubs up into a viable money-making publishing house/pseudo-religion again.
Actually, I have no idea. I'd like to think the majority of JWs would eventually see what's going on and quit, but I doubt that will happen. People sometimes need a safe little box to live in. Sadly, I did too for a while. I don't see that ever completely changing.
What I feel is that time will catch up with the GB and it will fall apart as they are singularly incapable of making any of the many needed changes. See the many crimes committed by them: the shunning of people by family members and friends, destroyed families, suicides caused by severe JW induced emotional strain, people that never had a decent life for giving up uni education, and the numerous disgusting lies they propagated in the world.

They are terrified to set new prophetic dates and time. Serious problem for them.
They just recycle the same ol' same ol'. Serious problem for them.
I expect a gradual 'implosion'. Nothing drastic or immediate. But once it starts to happen many may exit before it collapses.
