  I hesitated pulling this thread back up.

  I appriciate the help and support I got when my brother died.

  Its that time of year again.

  Still miss him. I am with my sister .......her and my brother were very close.

  My niece got a special tattoo on her shoulder honouring my brother.

  Suicide is a very difficult death. I have dealt with two in my life.

  My heart goes out to anyone that loses a loved on in this way.

  My daughter had two drug overdoses a few years ago.

  I loved her unconditionally, it's all I could do.

  She is ok now, I don't go through that daily fear as I did years ago

  that I may come home and find her dead when I opened her bedroom door.

  Thanks everyone for your support. I will never forget logging on and

  finding comfort here.

  It is amazing what will bring back memories of a lost loved one, a date, a song, maybe food or even something one says. Even as time passes, the loss of someone we care for is never all that easy to take, but having a great support organization is always such a vital part of healing. I am glad to see you got such wonderful support as you deserve for all the support you provide everyone on this board.

  It sure has been a difficult few years for you. There were some light-hearted and fun times but the tough ones were brutal.

  It makes reading about your recent trips to the beach all the sweeter. I'm glad you've found a little tranquility.

  It is nice here. My daughter and granddaughter will be here in a few weeks. My sister, two nieces, my daughter, granddaughter...and little Apollo, my nephew are going to have a gran time. It will be the first time in forever that we will be together on a happy occassion, not a funeral.

  I am very happy right now.
