My questions were actually all answered very well by a man named Franz in a book he wrote.
I did try to confirm some things he wrote in the book and I got a very hostile reaction from two separate Witnesses I consulted. I assumed that meant Mr. Franz got it right.

Over a period of two years, I wrote the society 4 times and have to this day 13 years later never received a reply. As a poster said they are quick to cash a check, but you might as well send you mail to the trash bin if you are awaiting for a reply from them.
