Mrs. Mcd, what a difficult time. It is good you are being so proactive about it. You can only take it day at a time, some times only an hour at a time. It sounds like her life has been one to be proud of, and she is loved.

May you continue to have the strength during this time. I wish I could be there with you.

Thinking of you. Keep involved in her care, and I really like that you are thinking of things in her perspective in that she lived a proud and satisfied life. It's so hard to think of the big picture at times like these. Make sure you take care of yourself too.
