I might heavy drink, 1-2 times a year, and normally when on some tropical vacation. One tip I enjoy, and it works great! Buy those CHASER pills. When I was in the Bahamas in March. I went on a booze cruise that started at 11AM and drank sold until it ended at 4PM and then got back to the hotel, went to a company BBQ that was serving alcohol until 11PM. I drank the whole time and was ripped. I kept taking those chaser pills though. The next morning, NO HANG OVER!

If you have a local health food store, they normally have them. Otherwise, I know GNC has them online.
