I live in a area that has different language groups (I've actually attended a non-english congo for a while) and we were instructed not to witness to english speaking people because the english brothers would take care of them.
This is an odd example of a Witness at my door, any one heard of this?

The "English speaking" market is saturated with their "product". They are simply moving into more productive markets... sign language and non-English languages.
You're right.
I'm close with a hearing XJW here in Fresno who is DEEP into the ASL community and it is dominated by Mormons and JWs.
