I know 3 people that had their baptism annulled and then got rebaptised. In each situation they were doing wrong after their baptism, and got out of being disfellowshipped on the basis they did not know enough before baptism.
A 4th person had their baptism annulled due to being clinically 'insane'. They were fornication before and after baptism so the elders agreed that she never really understood the meaning of baptism.
