I have no idea what I am doing when it comes to putting up a tent. It was so bad my neighbors even came out to watch me(basically to laugh).

You should have called me. That would be like a night out at the movies. I could have pulled up a chair, brought my cooler full of beer, and had a good laugh!!!!!!!!! In all honesty, I suck at it too. We may have to go early friday morning just so we "might" have them up by dark lol

Thanks for the encouragement, no help from you. Yeah, get there early and I may have it put up before I have to leave. Oh bring your video cameras because Butt and Brooke are putting on a show.

Thanks for the info Blondie. However, I may need a little more room for my luggage and make up and hair spray.

They come in bigger sizes, but that's the idea. Check around on www.shopzilla.com for popup tents.

"500.00 for a tent seemed a little out there."

Depends on how often and where you camp. We have a few tents, one of which cost almost $500. But it has titanium poles & we use it in the winter and in other bad weather. It's designed to handle high winds and snow, and retains more body heat when the weather is cold & nbasty. We also have a couple of less expensive tents that are great for warm weather. Eureka has some really good ones. But if you seldom camp, why bother spending a lot of money for a tent? A WalMart cheapie will do the trick.

Does anyone know if camper setups are in a particular area? Becasue my friend might just let me borrow her camper that weekend, I have an electrical hookup.

    College Girl...

I believe the sites with electric hook up are near the ones without hook up.... you can always call the camp ground and ask them to double check!
