I don't have alot of JW pics as my ex took everything, but the few I have don't present a good argument of the happiness in that organization. When I see dubs now they can see I weigh more, but they usually say I look happier

I'm a naturally cheerful person, but had to force it a lot in the org. due to the atmosphere of no one really wanting to be there (meetings, assemblies, service).
I was a very conservatively dressed JW to the point of showing no body shape at all when dressed for meetings.
My nature is a fun loving hippie/rocker/witch/punk, so I dress according to my current mood.
The photos are clearly different.
JW me smiled in resignition to being a JW under the thumb of my family .
Non-JW me is nuts with happiness, and it shows in every picture
