For someone beginning, it's hard to say any other tarot books you might get are bad because they're not. But the ones I've seen don't really explain how to interpret them, but tend to be more focused on their own interpretations of them.
I took a class for a while from a local lodge in tarot that helped much, much more than any book could have. Paul Foster Case and the orders he was associated with focus very heavily on the tarot and so the works that he put out and the orders associated with him are highly skilled in this area, which is why I recommend his books.
