Welcome, and let me be the first to offer unsolicited advice, drop the JW lingo. "The Truth" "My Meetings" etc. An important step to recovery is to use unloaded language like "the church I was a member of", "The services at the church". Its really helped us put our experience into perspective. We did not leave "the TRUTH" we left a church.
