I heard something and I would like to know the truth so I'll ask this question....
How often do you bathe and change your underwear?
I heard that people from certain places don't bathe for days and only change their underwear when it gets really deteriorated.

Blech! Both, daily.
Now this is personal hygiene. It's your body. Ever stood or sat to someone smelling fresh like an egg?
One must bathe and wear clean underwear every day.

both daily; sometimes twice daily, especially during the hot muggy 80+% humidity weather in the spring and summer
1-2 times every day.
LOL At least once a day. More if it's hot outside or if I exercise or work in the garden.
I tend to change my underwear when I change clothes so I probably change them at least twice a day.
I am obsessive - shower twice a day, bathe twice per week and change underwear twice daily
I know there are people who don't care to bathe and change their underwear. Do you know of such persons? It's not healthy and not pleasant.

At least once, usually twice a day. It's not an option it's a must.
