I personally know of two cases where the witness being disfellowshipped was asked to provide excruciating details about the exact nature of the "sex crime" that they had committed.
Having read the secret Elders Manual "Pay Attention to Yourselves and all the Flock" I know this is standard operating procedure for a Judicial Hearing.
For those that were disfellowshipped for a "sex crime" did the Elders demand all the details and did you comply? Flat out refuse? Or make something up?
I know of at least 5 or 6 such cases. I was privately reproved for porneia, and the elders didn't ask too many sexual details, but they did ask for all the other details, like where it happened (specifically, was it at a house my parents owned), was alcohol involved, etc. The chairman of the committee had an axe to grind with my parents, he was obsessed with their financial situation because they owned two houses at the time. It was ridiculous.
As an elder who was on over a hundred JCs I can tell you I wanted to know as little as possible. But there were 2 other elders to contend with and they could still "go by the book" and ask for details. It was very uncomfortable---especially for the sisters.
This has happened to sisters so many times as to be astounding. We call it elder porn. Afterwards they go home for rousing missionary sex with their wives.
After my cousin's JC one elder said to her, "my wife has never taken that position in 30 years of marriage." My cousin said, "oh, I'm sorry to hear that."

I look back and laugh now but yes they did.
They asked whether I penetrated her LMAO...'of course I did....we had sex' was my answer or thereabouts anyway I have a difficult time remembering it. They also asked about whether we had engaged in oral sex and I said no because that was the week before the incident being confessed and decided at the JCM.

No but the sex wasn't my primary offence - plus my Dad was in the room as I was a minor. I only had sex the once - mainly so I could add it to my list of disfellowshipping offences when they time came. I just couldn;t bear to let everyone down as I knew the entire congregation would be hoping for something juicy. I hope they got more pleasure out of the gossip than I did out of the act of losing my virginity.

But might I add that since my dad's an elder I wonder if he also asked those kind of perverted questions.
