We kept the mineral rights. You never know. Our agent says it's a common occurence for some to become rich over night because of oil under their out house.

Lafayette is a nice location. My childhood was spent in a high spot in the swamp called Houma (Home of the Houma Indians). It's not too far from where you live and even closer to Morgan City where Flyin' lived.
