Your caption is very deceptive. The pyramid was erected by the Bible Students after Russell's death and was intended as a monument not only to Russell, but all the Bethel family members. Now, you're trying to make them all Freemasons! It had nothing to do with the Masons. From the Proclaimers book, page 201:

"For some 35 years, Pastor Rusell thought that the Great Pyramid of Gizeh was God's stone witness, corroborating Biblical time periods. (Isa. 19:19). But Jehovah's Witnesses have abandoned the idea that an Egyptian pyramid has anything to do with true worship. (See 'Watchtower' issues of November 15 and December 1, 1928)."

Since the Watchtower Society has not endorsed the Great Pyramid since 1928, why do people insist on perpetuating this lie? There are enough other things to challenge the Watchtower Society on that have more substance than this conspiracy theory, which does nothing to further the ex-Jehovah's Witness cause.

Agreed! The issues are what are they doing now or what have they done in the recent past that they are denying and covering up?

Calling the Bible Students Freemasons may not be correct or fruitful but contrasting the WTS's neverending depiction of the early Bible Students as Christian purists is.

Many may wonder if God was using exclusively a group that was deeply invloved in pyramidology and the religion of ancient Egypt. Russell thought Adam was Pharoah. The symbol of the Egyptian sun god Ra is on the cover of the studies in the scriptures winged globe editions.

It is unreasonable to believe that a group can have pagan and apostate roots while at the same time being the only ones God has chosen to work with. Anyone who points that out is helping to provide balance.

JW's just don't get it re the divine name. The Father obviously deliberately allowed his old testament name to fall into disuse in order for the focus to shift to his son and away from the Jews. That is why Paul never mentioned it in his speech at the Acroplis, ie, so those pagan listeners wouldn't think the creator was just a Jewish God. Otherwise the tretragammaton would exist in the oldest copies of the NT.

Yes the Father gave everything into the hands of the Son, and the JWs move to revive the use of the name Jehovah and above all to make it central in their worship, whereas in all Christian religions it is Christ that holds centre stage, is very suspicious. It's a move back from Christianity to Judaism.
