Just (2 hours ago) grilled some Turkey on the BBQ grill - and then had a good old fashioned Gin and Tonic
seems quiet - is everybody enjoying pagan festivities?
Had a special evening at some xjw friends' place. Ate a wonderful supper, drank exotic booze, met some special people, puffed on a cigar.
enjoying pagan festivities?
No, but I have been celebrating christmas, i.e. the birth of Jesus as the Christ to the world!
Enjoy your G & T, stilla, I'll stick to shiraz!
Puffing a cigar with some trusted! exjw friends....such a great prospect for the new year!
A pagan festivity that focuses exclusively on Christ is not a pagan festivity LOL. It crosses the mind of no one to associate Xmas with any pagan god.

To associate it with jesus never crosses mine! I do celebrate it for the pagan aspect!
It was a great evening. Perhaps the next yr will follow the lead.
threefour different kinds of wine: port, ice, white and shiraz (red), i think it was called yellow tail. It had a pic of a roo on the bottle. After hearing about it here for yrs, i finally tasted some shiraz. Very good stuff.
I'm here, in body anyhow.
OZZIEPOST AND GREENDAWN YOU CAN NOT JUST STEEL PAGAN FESTIVALS AND APPLY THEM TO YOUR OWN RELIGION IT'S IMMORAL!
Nope, no pagan festivities here, just some good ol' fashioned Christmas celebrations - lots of time with family, a beautiful Christmas Eve church service, lots of good food and good company, and some very generous gift-giving. My family and I are having a very good Christmas, I hope everyone out there is, too!!
Merry Christmas, everyone!!
