She just read it and handed it back to me. I think she believes me because I have never told her anything regarding the JW's that wasn't true. She really didn't have anything to say about it, and I didn't question her. Like some else said, it's nice that we know things before the rank and file does.

Hubby came home with the "big news" last night. He asked me what I thought it might be. I told him. He asked how long I've kown, and I told him a couple months. He laughed.
It is valuable for those of us who are partners of JW's to show that at least in part, the information we get from the internet is credible. Thank you to those of you who alerted us to the news.

When I first heard the news and it was verified, I told my JW wife. She had an assembly and therefore no meeting the week it was supposed to be read. She acted disinterested. So when the letter became available, I printed it out and gave it to her. She wouldn't touch it so I set it on her desk. You would have thought I tried to hand her something written by Ray Franz. I could tell it was painful to know she was in the same room with it. I'm sure she never read it as I just checked and it's all covered up by other papers. She'll find out about it tonight I suppose. Even though nothing more will ever be said about it, I think some credibility has been established.

Good job, I would take Christ's advice though and be a cautious as a serpent and yet as innocent as a dove. Loyality runs deep and usually isn't completely thrown out the window by just a letter.
