To see the letter better on Internet Explorer there is a tool bar on the top far right, if you click on it one of the options is a zoom button, choose 400% when your page is on the letter and you can use the bottom and right sliding bar to read the letter. Go back to the tool bar and reset it to 100% when you are finished. -

Where and whenever the Watchtower believes there is a high potential for more members they bend the rules. That is why Africa got the no go with the Political Card, but Mexico got they okay on bending alliance with the government. Chile is another country where the same potential is seen.

The above is their stance despite the fact that Piñatas are steeped with both very strong religious ties and pagan origins.
