Hawhaw, the 1984 law you refer to is merely a revision of the 1974 law. I will continue researching to find the info. And as per the person who said that only the ones in states requiring reporting are reqired, if that is indee dthe case, great. But, even where it IS reguired, they still ignore it, & don't report, the state where my stepdad beat me sensless is mandatory reporting, as well as where my bro was molested, is a mandatory reporting state. they did'nt do shit.
