This is truly tragic.
The first thing I thought when reading this like others here was, how could those kids be scattered outside of the car if they were in seatbelts? If they weren't in seatbelts then she shares respossibility with the other driver for the outcome.
My kids are required to wear seat belts at all times when in a vehicle and when their friends ride with me, my van doesn't move till they are all buckled up.No argument or excuses accepted.
I hope we are mistaken about this. It is so sad.
I do not understand the father going on with the wedding. It seems like they would want happy memories to look back on.It's weird.
