All I see happening is a slow death in the west. The witnesses aren't the only american centered religious group suffering from decline. Take a look at the others to see where the society is headed. From what I see they will still have adherents but overtime they will splinter off and become increasingly isolated.

The purpose of having a high salary is to spend money. You spend money to get a comfortable, even luxurious place to live. Freedom of movement. BUT then the really high salary earners go for trips around the world, control over just about everything and everyone you come in contact with. Even the high money earners only dream of the adoration of huge numbers of people.
The GB body already has all this with the adoration of MILLIONS of people being the icing on the cake, something no amount of money can buy.
Being as they are there until they die, why would they care less about getting a high salary?
