It takes over 5,000+ hours of hard door to door labor for a single convert and youth retention is deplorable within the Jehovah's Witness religion. If those facts are not disappointing then what exactly is the Society's definition of disappointment?

The leadership of WT is in a tragic situation. Failed prophecies, flip-flop doctrines, blinking light, are the results of this mind control cult. Perhaps they are the only ones, amongst the extreme Protestand, doomsday cults with the highest record of failed prophecies:

    1874, 1878, 1914, 1916, 1918, 1925, 1942, 1975, the famous generation that will survive Armageddon before 2000 A.D.

I left 11 years ago, and what I see from posts in various forums, JW's have lost their zeal. They are just a club, that in order to be part of it, you just blindly obey what ever comes from Brooklyn...

It can be interesting when someone ask a JW: -Is this statement true or false?: "never disappointed us" and then again,

true or false?: "always gives us....the truth..."

If he/she does not know its history, just show him/her this: (Proclaimers of Gods kingdom p633)
