So..."This generation" is defined as the overlapping of the anointed who discerned 1914 and the anointed who will see the conclusion of this system of things.
1992 and Fred Franz are NOT significant to this "prophecy", just used as an example in the DC talk. Right?....Shera

Fred Franz is no more significant, than a baby who is not yet born..

    But..

Was born during the Lifetime,of the Generation of 1914..

    And..Is of the Annointed..

EmptyInside: No. If you look at the chart at the link below, that would have been true during generation understanding #2 and #5, we have now had further clarification which is a new and improved version of #5.

Wannabefree has the exact cult intention on this:

The current understanding though, as I understood it from the convention, is that "this generation" refers to those anointed ones who will see the great tribulation lives overlap with those who were able to discern the sign in 1914, like Fred Franz, who died in 1992, so anybody annointed before Fred Franz died would be a part of the generation that will not pass away.

A wee bit further, they want the members to think that contemporaries of the likes of Fred Franz would mean people who were adults working with him before his death. That would make the overlap anointed kind of old also. That is the urgency factor.

Later, they will stretch the overlap generation to be those that were born before the 1914 anointed passed away, and sometime before or after that they will go back to the 1914 anointed just being born by 1914. This will all be after the urgency factor is just soooooooo worn out.

TITUS - In actuality the dictionaries definition of " generation " is only 30 years. The truth of the matter is that there have been about 4 generations ( PLURAL ) of people since the start of the 1900's who have become Jehovah's Witnesses. If we stretch it back to 1870 when C.T. Russell started this crap - it probably extends to 6 generations now of people becoming hooked into the WT society's alleged ONE generation. Ridiculous. Peace out, Mr. Flipper
