Well nothing to compare with childbirth or freefall but other than the odd near death experience, i'd say the best rush is as a musician when u and the boyz are all "on" and the vibe is real and true. Tingles, baby.

When I heard my grandson's first cry over the phone. i could'nt get ther in time for the actual birth. and then being at the birth of both of my grandaughters. I even cut the cord on the last one,fantastic rush.
