The WT are masters of spin. Somehow they will turn not having a date into a positive. Maybe work on the "no one knows the day/hour" thing. But whatever they do about a date, they are still pushing the urgency of the times. The watchtower study articles for May include Keep your Eyes on the Prize and Be Vigilant which has such gems as " 'and then the end will come'. That time is rapidly approaching", "how should knowing that the end of this wicked system is rapidly approaching affect us? and "yes, the end of Satan's world is near....how vital it is that we remain vigilant". And the study articles for July include "Press on to Maturity - The Great Day of Jehovah is Near". So it seems that they will still keep pushing the end time scenario using repetitive brainwashing and one of their other extremely effective methods - fear.
