  Kudos to you People Who support your Spouse Suffering Meeting Attendance

  i was inspired to post this because so many of you lovingly support your spouse by going to meetings conventions etc .knowing the crap your going to have to put up with , hoping that someday he/she will wake up to the bs.. and your willing to do this for as long as it takes .i take my hat off to you all.. it must take a lot of intestinal fortitude and love to do that .. smiddy.

  Thanks Smidly! I have been playing the game now for just about 2 years, and it is getting harder all the time!

  But I have a lot going on, other than that! It's going to come down to me, or a granddaughter, that is about as hateful, selfish, thief and lier, you could ever want to meet! Then add physical trouble's on top, I am just not sure any of it is worth it !

  Carnivorous birds before 1975

  who among you has ever heard of carnivorous birds, birds of the kind of vulture, increasing in number at lightning speed on some mystery island located on our planet ?

  twice in europe before 1975, once through a co talk in a "kingdom" hall and once again by i do not exactly remember who during a jws' convention.

  and all this in order to prepare jws to be as fit as a fiddle for an universal carnage orchestrated supposedly by the true god intending to very soon annihilate "worldly" people not belonging to his chosen ones.

  There were supposedly news reports backing up "The Birds" I remember hearing it from at least 2 co's and a talk on the dc once. And non stop fild service chatter! And it included all kinds of birds. And just to make it feel even more real, the crow and black bird population was exploding in the big national parks around where we were living! The black birds got so bad the National Guard, had to take steps to kill millions of them!

  I stopped giving talks, when I found out what the so called appointed men had done to me 12 year's was all )ies they made up! I found out 2 years ago! I knew when it happened, I had been wrongfully dfed, but I didn't wa`t to cause trouble down the road!

  My Story of Waking Up - in retrospect

  so, many of y'all know bits and pieces of my story of waking up, but i thought it might be nice to have it all in one place.. i was baptized at 11, auxiliary pioneered every summer, regular pioneer at 17, ministerial servant by 19, then went to bethel for a year.. i always had minor doubts from time to time, but nothing serious.

  always dismissed doubts and decided to "just have faith.".

  after leaving bethel, i was never really firing on all cylinders "spiritually speaking.

  It pays to be careful, I thought I had changed up enough details and events. About 6 months later, I got a private message, from someone telling me, he thought he knew who I was. After a week or so of pulling my hair out, and worrying, he told me he had visited my congragation, but I wasn't there, then he told me who gave the talk! Then he told me my wifes daughters name. Oh it scared the crap out of me, thinking I was going to be outed! Then we had a few chats, and a phone call or two! Then I went and spent the day, with him and his family!

  Well it has turned out good to have someone with the same feeling's about the borg, plus he enlightened me even more!

  Then about that time a young woman came on the board, and after her telling her story, it rang a bell. I knew who she was! I wanted to reach out to her, but I kept it to myself, for I didn't want to scare her, lijllike I was! But she stopped posting after a short time!

  they are not printing as much literature as they once were and they are still operating walkill for the magazines...er a ....pamphlets.

  My brother in law, is always talking about how much the work is speeding up in the USA, and I just shake my head inside, and think where is it happening? Maybe building all kinds of new costly building and warehouse to stock pile building supplies, count's, then so be it, the work is speeding up! Now if they build all these new so badly needed KH's and can't fill them up, at least they are ready to be sold off, as needed!!!!!!

  Does Bruce Jenner (Caitlyn) qualify for Baptism?

  im not sure if bruce had a sex operation but lets say someone did have a sex operation and then studied with the witnesses and wanted to get baptized, would he qualify in todays jw world?

  Amateurs Built the Ark

  i find it somewhat annoying.

  i've been looking for a good analogy like amelia earhart was a professional pilot dorothy was just a girl from kansas but she got back home..

  an elderly sister passed away recently.

  family came to her memorial service from all over the country.

  some of them, including grown-up, disfellowshipped children of hers, also came.

  I have got to say one good thing for the congregations I am stuck around. So far when it has come to this issue, it has been like a short term pass has given. We had three sudden deaths in a very short time just a year or so back. At all three after event's, there were a number of df'ed family and friends there, and most, inculding the elders spoke to them, with compassion and kindness. The effects were positive as far as jw land was concerned, at least 2 have been reinstated since. If they had been kucked in the guts one more time, I am pretty sure, they would have never gotten them back.

  This from a hanging congragation, that is know for its very harsh treatment and df'ing at the dropping of a hat!
