The witnesses I grew up with were in the trades too, Janitors, Window Cleaners, Auto Detailing and Lawn mowing. Oh and I did all those fun things too at one time.

Think outside the college Box

a lot has changed for those of us who graduated high school and decided to listen to our jw parents and our congregation and pioneer instead of furthering our education.
i was that person, an indifferent hs student, not too prone to go on to college.

Perfume / Cologne
by LouBelle inthere are some perfumes that i absolutely just love and a little squirt of it can bring back such good memories, make you feel sexy.
my favorite is dolce & gabbana (red), followed by d&g "the one", followed by coco chanel .
on men, i love the smell of the original hugo boss - used to make my tummy clench in a good way .

When I was a young buck in Bethel, I wore Devon. Its a stronger unique fragrance. My wife associates it when we were first married. Well they dont make it any more, but I still can buy it on fragrance.com, it seems you can get anything on the internet!

Good Lord, I remember many many times getting yanked down the isle in front of everyone and getting the holy hell spanked out of me. Just for being a kid, christ almighty is there anything more boring to a kid than a witness meeting????
Ya my folks were big on beating me, funny they never did that to my younger brother though. I think they felt bad about what they did to me.

I know easier said than done by me. But if you know you cant stay, then make a move and remember when it comes to confidence - just fake it until you make it if you need to. You sound like a hell of a determined person, I would put my money on you that you will come out the end happier.

marrying younger spouses
by ssn587 inmy wife passed away 2 years ago we had been married over 30 years, i have since remarried and my new wife is younger than 3 of my children from my first marriage.
i just wondering if there are any more like me out there.
i stay in excellent shape for my age, work out almost daily eat good and have absolutely no medical problems or at least none i can do anything about, bad knees, but my vitals are excellent, and i am known as the teenage because of them when i have my yearly medical checkup.. so was wondering if there are others out there like me, and what some may think about it, just for the record i am extremely happy once again, and we have a 18 month boy who delights me, have a whole new outlook on fatherhood and child raising.

Go with God I say, age isnt a major concern, unless it affects being able to give a growing child the kind of fatherly attention needed.
I know someone that is 80 that has a son who is 14 - he has never played catch, sports with him ever. That kind of drives me crazy,,,,,

Glen Beck, he used to (his TV show) and radio show make some good points, but he lost me a long time ago with his crying episodes. I dont want some guy crying about politics. And he is a little conspiracy riddled for me.
I also cant stand Sean Hannity, he talks over people and repeats himself constantly. Lets just leave the Hitler comparisons at the door, there are too many other dispicable people to use in an illustrative way I think,,,,
