Now I am out, some reflections
by menrov inok, i have been out (officially inactive) for over 5 years now.
and from being frustrated during my awakening, to becoming a true bible student by analysing all doctrines and viewpoints, to being really happy to be out and at the same time, have developed a sense of disgust for the wt.
my wife is still very much a pimi.

Dreading the new system of things
by Addison0998 inwas i the only one who secretly dreaded the new system of things a little bit when i was a believing witness?
of course i felt very guilty, because of all the sick and heartbroken people who needed a perfect world to live in.
but there are a lot of nice parts of life i was going to secretly miss.

I had doubts about almost everything the WT said, while I was in.
And the meetings were dumb boring. Conventions intolerable. Field service seemed silly to me. Many times I had to pretend that I was happy or enthusiastic about spreading the good
I sometime wondered that this inner nature of mine may get revealed in the new system and would be destroyed.

They may even keep an Armageddon Contribution box, saying that the end has almost started and they need special contributions for dealing with Armageddon.... Like... Creating bunkers... Dealing with authorities to Escape the hunt for JWs, cleaning the earth of those billions of Corpses...
Am sure the dubs would believe that and contribute

Can you ever see a time when Govt`s of this world will attempt to abolish all religions ?
by smiddy3 inwe are now in the 21st century of our common era with its insights into the potential of what can be achieved in the near future to benefit mankind for years to come .. the co-operation of governments around the world on so many levels has never been better than it is today and it is at least encouraging to see this .. whether it has to do with the climate , the environment ,food production ,safe water for all ,and the better health for all in the near future, and in the future space exploration.
however the problem today is still religion !
in its many extreme forms that divides us in no ways that politics divide us .. politicians learn how to compromise and work with their opponents for the greater good ,whereas religions don`t.. religions divide humans like no politicians ever did well not to the extremes religions will go anyway.. is their going to come a time in history when governments politicians say enough is enough and try attempt to abolish religion ?.

Religion would be there as far as humans would exist and there is no way governments can abolish it.
Do you think the Islamic countries would abide if religions are banned worldwide ? (As per JW teaching)
Perhaps current fundamentalist religions would take a softer stand, when more awareness spreads regarding Evolution and the Idiocies of religion.

Jehovah's Witnesses, is there Life after Death?
by JW Answers inthe jehovah's witnesses claim that at death you cease to exist... however, what if they have been taught wrong?
what if the bible explains that there is life immediately after death?
what if more than 8 people in scripture from old testament to new experienced, acknowledged or taught that there was life straight after death?

This Lazarus thing is one proof that the Whole Bible is fraudulent.
If the Bible is true, Shouldn’t Lazarus be around today, indisputably proving that resurrection, Eternal Life and forgiveness of sins is true.
Of course,Jah should see to it that no one can harm Lazarus, in any manner.
A very Jealous god - who wants his name vindicated - cant even do this ?

Noah 'warning the people'
by KW13 inam i imagining this?at the kingdom hall we were told many times that noah warned the others about the coming flood and was ridiculed but actually there is no evidence of this in the bible!there is however evidence to the contrary.
matthew 24:37-39.
37 as it was in the days of noah, so it will be at the coming of the son of man.

Yeah, I remember this. I have heard Public talks that Noah did field Service for 60 years and warned people.
Wondered where the heck this is in the Bible.
And finally the ARK door was shut with a loud bang. In fact one public talk was delivered with the speaker thumping the table - to simualte Jah closing the ark door- to symbolically frighten the Audience.
And Similarly, this is how an elder justified about reporting FS time. Wondering if any one has read about this in any publications
Luke 9:10 Then the apostles returned and reported to Jesus all that they had done.
What a CULT
