I have a former colleague that's a Mod: checked sta-press, DMs, Harrington and side burns, rides a Vespa, goes on rallies. Couldn't be a gentler chap, he makes things out of Harris Tweed for a living.

Movies I'm Watching
by ILoveTTATT2 ini have, for about 6 months now, been trying to watch every single movie that was "cool" or interesting since 1960.it started out with a desire to watch as an adult all disney movies.
then it morphed into all bond movies (except for the non-canonicals).now it's turned into pretty much any and all movies.
here is my list, scratched out are ones i have seen, green are recent next-in line.turns out there was a lot i had never seen before, about 70% because of the cult restrictions!

About the foreign language films... good point. I'll check out the ones you say.
I'd recommend the films of Michael Haneke, Wong Kar Wai, Krzysztof Kieślowski and the earlier films of Zhang Yimou.

Funny Face is flawless: location, cast, songs and choreography (But you may have to overlook the age difference between Fed and Audrey).
Dancer in the Dark and the Umbrellas of Cherbourg are pretty good too.

I did not say that I refuse to use Ms. I said - "I have never referred to anybody as Ms in my life, I have also never referred to a man as Mx and never will."
I have never been asked to refer to somebody as Ms. I'm amused that you would presume to declare my opinions on anything "unacceptable".I thought you found Ms unacceptable, I didn't find your opinion unacceptable. I suppose I have to contact people I haven't met, in writing, hence my fairly frequent use of Ms. Was the "never will" about Ms or just Mx?

The cure, like many things, will probably be hanging out with someone that they think is the monstrous threat to civilisation because of an alternative pronoun only to discover they are just as dull as them. But with a different pronoun.

As it appears no one on this thread has actually ever met someone who has asked to be addressed by another pronoun than he or she it seems the chances of criminalisation are zero.
