The Allies claim that the attacks hinder the rebuilding of Iraq, and the recent sabottages, are the causes to the slow rebuilding, but they never claim that their incessant bombing of governmental buildings and infrastuctures was a factor in disrupting the system. You don't see them making that statement or/and take responsibility for it.
Funny how that during the war they were protecting the oil infrastructures, and now the rebels are taking care of that.
A lot of wishful thinking on the part of the Allies in this war. But yeah, the Iraqis are far from their minds.

Let 'em reap what they sowed.....
And I hope the international community will hold them responsible (whatever that means) for the trouble they have stirred. To leave the area would be a tremendous defeat for the allies, so they have no choice to continue trying to subdue the Iraqis, which will never happen, just look at palestine, Israel can't stop them either.
I can't say what the intent was for that war but it doesn't seem to be working for them.
well...as some of you already know, i have a pet bird (parakeet).
i adopted her several months ago from the toronto humane society.
she's come a long long ways since when i first got her.. when i first got her, she was terrified of people.. 3 months later, she now hops up on my finger, and will allow me to scratch her head and neck.
That's the spirit....the bird will be forever grateful. I have two adopted cats, I take them for walks and they follow me everywhere. It's funny. I didn't think cats did that.
Here's an idea if the bird can't perch on a regular perching swing. Replace the perching rod by a "U" shaped molding, his stumps will fit inside the U so he won't fall off.
Good luck
mark, who thinks it’s totally despicable to use such treachery to win the ladies’ hearts...
