i know some of you had awful experiences, but, what i'm curious about is how "involved" with the society's direction was your elder husband?
elders were constantly encouraged to have a family study, share the text with their wife and family, and study for the meetings, etc.

my 12 year old caught it on easter sunday, she lovingly spread it to my 20 month old.
my 12 year old is just barely getting over it, but the baby has had 103 temp for the last three days.
she has been on antiobiotics since friday and is taking ibuprofin.
I know it just kills me to see the baby shivering. And her hands are freezing. I guess its times like this that the lie of Jws of living without ever getting sick again is what drew me in.

this caused me to remember one particiular incident and was wondering if anyone else experienced anything similar.
our service overseer came to our bookstudy and did his routine talk on, "you're not doing enough", "what you are doing isn't quality", "do more, more, more" in the field service.
I STILL have a major problem with this "10 hour a month" quota. Who sets the standard? humans. Certainly not God. I can remember my Ministerial Servant ex telling me to "fudge" my field service time so that his wife would appear to be living up to the standard. I lived like such a hypocrite back then....
Been there and done that. In fact my ex would count 10 hours alone for the kids bible studies, which he wasnt even doing!
k, i just have to relate one of the most ridiculous situations i've ever been in and it happened at bethel.. as most of you know, they have a monday night wt study.
(this makes 3 times you study the article if you prepare for it, attend monday, then again on sunday - jeece!
) since in canadian bethel there isn't enough room to have everyone in the kh they have there, they put others in 'satellite' rooms and hook up with video/sound.. anyway, one night, the study had ended and we were moving on to the song when the sound kicked out but the video still worked.
Ok I dont know if this fits the bill, but I hated studying the revelation book. I swear all my answers were wrong! I still answered and the bro would say, "thats an intesting piont, anyone else have a comment". I felt like such a dumbass! Thinking back on it I still am a dumbass.

as some of you may know, i work nights as a network technician.
this means i sit for about 8 hours, alone, watching 12 screens to see if anything goes red.
if it does, then i start making phone calls and troubleshooting.
Hi FMZ, I do the treadmill for 45 minutes a day, Pick up 50 pounds of babies going up and down the stairs. One kid is 24pds the other 20. Sex evey night for at least 30 mins helps alot also.
we all know people who will not show affection to those they love or care deeply about.
why cannot a father who loves his daughter deeply...........ever hug her and tell her how much he loves her?.

Hey, my mom never told me that she loved me, and I had no father figure either. In fact I would call her by her first name instead of mom! I have soo much love for my own children that I tell them ever 5 minutes. Big hugs and kisses. My now hubby shows more affection to my exs children than my ex ever did.
