Ever kick the elders off your porch?

as some of you may know, my wife just left the org a few months ago.

trying to reach her.

it was her ex-po and ex-book study conductor.

Had two sisters come to the door right after I stopped going. One of which who was to intimidated to go out in service with me in the first place. (long story). Anyways they came by to talk and "encourage me since i was depressed." I got so angry and told them to leave instantly. They were confused and didnt come back, they did however send 2 elders the following weekend.

I did talk to the elders. They ended up being 2 faced anyways. They had made arrangements for another meeting.

I skipped town and havent looked back!

An Unlikely Dinner Guest

my daughter, 17, has for two weeks now, been dating an 18 yo unbaptized j-dubba-boy.

when he came to pick her up for their first date, i was suprised .

he sat on the sofa and we chatted.

I cant give any advice on dating since my oldest is 12. I will read the input and save it for a few years.

As for the movie, I really liked it alot. I was thinking of letting my daughter watch it with me.

there is this stupid kid who is picking on my 12 year old daughter.

it started at the begining of the school year and now yesterday the b*tch pulled my kids hair so hard she felt it an hour later.

two teachers know of the situation and have told my kid to just ignore it.

Okay I went to the school. I ran into my daughter in between classes. She talked to one pricipal who told her to "pay the girl 50 cents"... then he told her she was making it worse by telling on her!!!!!!!!!

I was furious waiting for the dude so I could kick him in balls! Instead this other principal came out and was very nice to me, telling me that he would talk to Jessica, the bitch doing the bullying and tell her she will de suspended if anything else happens to my girl. I will be writing that long letter tonight and sending it with her in the morning stating what my next step will be, which is to call the cops and media.

I am so grrrrrr angry now. Wish i had a punching bag.

Yeah, if the police start saying crap like "hey they're just kids goofing off...", say "Ok, let me write down your names and badge numbers... I want to make sure I can give that information to the reporters and lawyer I'm going to call."

Thats a good one! I will use it If I have too.

CG I wish my baby went to that school. I can only hope for a good outcome.

The worse that can happen is the bully and her freinds get upset and gang up on her. But that wont happen because if it does, I will leave the babies at home with daddy and wait outside the school for them.

I guess this is why some children dont tell their parents. But I feel like I have a right to demand my child have a stress free educational enviorment.

Can you talk to the parents of that kid?

No I have tried that with my son when he was having problems. They say its confidential info, and wont let me talk to the parents of the child. Believe that seems to be the best way to handle it, but its impossible.

Make sure they understand that they have a certain amount of time (72 hours maximum) to deal with this and make it stop, or you will be filing charges with the police and contacting the media. The school principle is responsible for what goes on in his school, and the school board can take measures against him (suspension, losing his job, etc) if your daughter is being continually harassed by a bully.

Thats what I am going to do. They have enough problems without the media getting in their faces. That is what i will do today. I am going at 230. I will tell the principal they have 2 days to fix it or I will call the media. Here in houston we have a thing where you can call the news and they get in their faces and ask why they havent fix the problem.

Nos, basically open a can of woop ass?

I told her (my kid) if she got suspended it would be ok with me. I dont mind having her home, as long as she gets her piont across.

My 12 year old son has been suspended or given detention on at least 3 occasions ( I've lost count ) Once for playing tag, and slapping another kid too hard on the back, once for beaning another kid with a ball, ( they were playing bean ball ), and another time for pushing another kid backwards.

The principal wont even return my calls. Its a bad school. I even got hit on by some eighth graders. Everytime I go the boys stare at my boobs. And I dress like a mommy and I always have my babies with me! Its a bad school. And I fear for gang action on my kid.

The confidence level increase is sometimes enough to deter bullies who like to pick on easy targets which back down.

She started lifting weights last week. She is trying to be ready to throw a mean punch.
