by confusedandalone innow in no way am i trying to discredit anyones beliefs or make fun, but once you get to heaven what is the plan once you get there.. of course, we always overlay extremely physical things upon the experience of heaven... milk and honey... ruiling over the earth etc... truthful the whole idea sounds so boring / mundane /monotonous.
spending all of eternity serving god by carry messages here and there?.
watching humans... i guess spending time with family that are also there and reminiscing.

My Jimi Hendrix experience
by confusedandalone inas a 13 year old a friend of mine had a jimi hendrix record and told me if we play it backwards that they said words.
he bought the record from a shop not far from where we lived and we were the only family that still had a record player.
so we played the record and i spun it backwards andnothing happened.

Why didn't he just make it clear from birth to everyone if he loves everyone soooo much.
Who needs a freaking book, why cant the info be beamed into our brain in a way we can fully understand it?

Ok why is God so mysterious... he never tells anyone anything clearly unless it is him killing someone or harming them.
Can someone describe a realm they have not been to... GOD HAS BEEN TO THESE PLACES HE CREATED THEM YET NO HOLY BOOK EXPLAINS IT.

After 2000 years since JC was executed ,why have we heard not a whisper from GOD ALMIGHTY ?
by smiddy inhe/she had no problem talking to adam and eve ,though they were sinners in his/her sight .throughout the hebrew sriptures, ot, he /she had no problem communicating with fallen man ,imperfect humans , to dictate his will to his subjects by means of prophets , male and female ,according to the bible , the old testament ,the hebrew scriptures , god communicated not once ,not twice ,not even thrice ,but dozens of times during the first 4000 years of human history according to the bible.. why has this god been so silent these past 2000 years ,when their have been atrocities above the scale of anything that has ever been seen these past 6000 years of human existence .. oh you may say that the atrocities were not committed by god they were committed by man.
fair enough .but god intervened in human affairs in such smaller infringements.
with prophets or so the bible says.. the so called apostacy after the last of the apostles , the influence of satan in the world ,( or was that after 1914 ,) and the 2000 year gap when christ was supposed to return ,never mind about all the crap that went before it .. the fact remains we have never heard from god ,any god, or even" a " god, with either his/her approval or disapproval of events good or bad these past 2000 years... smiddy.

Well as it is God has gone to every civilizations and said he is different guys in every different nation.
Hindus / Buddhists / Taoists / Christians /Muslims / whatever other way god has revealed himself to man... all teaching contradictory arguments.
What is worse is the audacity <insert Religions adherent here> have of believing that their God is the only right one. However if you do not believe that your version of GOD is not the only right one then what is the point of all this. I was watching a video of these Hidu guys who wrap their penises around a stick and stretch them to the point they no longer work to please their god... their god told them to do this.
Then I see Christians everyday going out there and killing people in the name of their God and they think their God approves.... LOLZ

As a 13 year old a friend of mine had a Jimi Hendrix Record and told me if we play it backwards that they said words. He bought the record from a shop not far from where we lived and we were the only family that still had a record player. So we played the record and I spun it backwards andnothing happened. The kid hung out for a few hours and then left. HE FORGOT TO TAKE THE RECORD WITH HIM.
Fast forward 2 weeks later and my mom is cleaning and she finds the record on the turntable.......... she goes nuts and begins to tell me that his music is demonic and people used it while doing drugs! She even repeated the fact that playing it backwards and they said demonic stuff. She got her peaceful voice and went and got the bible. She began the ritualistic pre-beating sermon... this time the scripture had to do with those engaging in witchcraft and spiritism... she then read the scripture a father loves those he disciplines... (This was literally the ritual we went through everytime there was a beating)
She beat the crap out of me and destroyed the record because I refused to tell her I got it from someone because anytime something was brought into the house by someone who was not at the kingdom hall there was the risk that you were inviting the demons. It was even worse if you brought in a physical item because a physical item was also inviting the demons.
Anyway fastfoward 20+ years and here I am on iTunes and they suggested a Jimi Hendrix tracked called Gypsy Eyes. OMMMMMMMMG

@Barrold - I am not sure what years you were at Bethel but do you remember how pleasant this guy was when dealing with non-bethelites at lunches and tours etc...??? He was a gem to be around and a fountain of humor if you were a norm, yet he was a freaking prick of all pricks to other bethelites? I think part of his extreme displays of arrogance were because he was not part of the GB so he didn't get ultimate respect from everyone - so he would browbeat others with his so-called knowledge of the useless and mundane
