I think it’s unreasonable to expect these places to remain desolate for at least six months, like they’re saying. Half the kids at these places are usually there to escape family’s of serious dysfunction also.
Of course people can make use of skate parks with out putting the community at unnecessary risk, it’s not a germ fest like the petrol bowser handle.
It’s outdoors, keep the distance and enforce reasonable social distances, we are in for this for the long haul

It started as bad, but when the evidence came in and things looked bad, the goal posts were slightly shifted and the ‘bad’ had to be ‘evil’
i was watching the local news in the background and i heard a guy talking about 3m and how florida was getting screwed.
i didn't hear the whole report.. later, i was switching through the channels and i saw the same guy talking to tucker carlson (fox news).
come to find out he is the federal cdc equivalent at the state level.
It’s basically a wartime effort that is now required to get away from Chinese dependence, and start the manufacturing processes at home.
We don’t need to have the actual war, we should use the covid19 scare as the catalyst for change.
If we don’t, war with China is inevitable long term anyhow, certainly not an unreasonable prediction.
They’ve consistently disregarded international law, their attitude toward fishing Indonesian, Australian or whoever else’s coastlines for example, they need to get fucked. They’ve built their economy on the back of destroying human rights and basic freedoms.
Western society’s have been built on the back of consumerism, that needs to stop.
We need to cut the cord with China in every conceivable way ASAP, or even sooner if possible

I think most Firemen are amazing people, most anthropologists are amazing, most war veterans are amazing, most electricians, most muslims..it doesn’t matter the group, just a silly thing to say.

It is ridiculous how the are clamping down, often over-aggressively, on people who are at very little risk and are just getting some exercise going for walks alone
It’s gone to far IMO, things like closing all the skate parks where the youths like to gather. It also only really relies on people’s goodwill, and if the populations start to disobey the rules the government has no way of controlling it.
We need to accept the risk to a degree, like we do with everything in Iife and try to find a better balance, these empty park benches and play swings isn’t going to work long term

Actually I find that many derogatory comments here are extremely biased. I think most of them are amazing people, and I wish more non-Witnesses were like them.
